Support

Support

We provide basic housing and security, and give our utmost attention, helping our residents break free from cycles of poverty and self-neglect.

Care

We work closely with a number of specialist local organizations such as Change Grow Live (drug and alcohol dependence) and the local NHS mental health unit to ensure our residents get the support they need

Resettlement

Residents who are ready to move-on are either resettled by the local council, through private sector resettlement or placed in our network of private rentals, where they are offered AST and able to integrate into the community while retaining support and supervision.

FrontStep Manchester operates a 3-tier resettlement programme:

Tier-1 is the cluster of 44 residents at our centre. (High and complex needs)

Tier-2: Residents are resettled into a shared accommodation, 4-5 in a group. (Low and medium needs)

Tier-3 is moving into their own flat. (Move on)
